Yesterday was a very wet rainy cold day, so I was inspired to make my first batch of edible caramels. I must say it took 5 hours, but the product turned out nice and smooth and long buzz. I downloaded a cannabutter caramel recipe and cut it in half as I only had 4 oz. of last fall hybrid cannabutter made from Gold Leaf and Chronic Widow. I would guesstimate the caramels are about 5 mg. each, and I ended up cutting them in half after doing a small taste test. I fashioned them after Werther soft caramels.
