    I mean...do you mean some kind of lighting powered FROM a solar panel?

    You can definitely power lights just off solar panels. It depends on the size of the system. If you had a 6kW+ system, you could power a decent amount of LED lighting as long as the sun's out. You will have to calculate the wattage consumption of the light and look at the outputs of your solar panels and also use an inverter to convert the voltage.

    Sure but I'm guessing the upront $ and area of panels is not what you have in mind.

    If you’re going to do that might want to look into a Tesla battery bank so you can save extra energy to use on days without good sunlight. Should probably have a back up genny just in case too.
