Plant is looking good, although can't judge true leaf colour under that light. Use safety pins and string to tie the branches down.
It's hard to tell but it's already tied down with plant tie and safety pins in that pic. Here are two more pics I took with LED's off

You'll be fine. Just don't yank on em or bend them too far initially. New and open to any suggestions from the masters.
The way I was taught was to use wire to secure the base. I would then pull the branches the opposite way. Just go slow and listen to the plant. i'd say let her grow out a little bit before you try to pull branches down. i followed this LST guide my first grow. LBH's Famous ScrOG Tutorial | Grow Weed Easy scroll down about 1/4 way and you'll see a section called 4-way LST - Building the perfect plant for Scrogging I broke a couple branches off in the process but still got a couple monster plants out of it.
