    what is the best ratio of cannabis and coconut oil with lecithin and how long to cook

    5 grams decarbed material (240 F for 40 minutes) I use hash-kief but powdered weed works just fine.
    2.5 tea spoons Coconut oil
    .5 tea spoon Lecithin (any kind)
    Heat 220 F for 20 minutes
    Freeze
    Heat 220 F for 20 minutes.
    Makes 30 (0) sized caps .killer strong with hash. Not so wickedly strong with weed.

    For very low Psychoactive effect skip the Decarb.
    That'll make it mostly inactive THCa.
