ZIACAM or some shit

    ok i found this little spray product called ziacam..its a spray bottle and 3 sprays have 10 mgs of dxm...and thats the adult dosage 3 sprays..and the bottle said 30 dosses...so wopuld that be 300 mgs of DXM? help me out

    Zicam Cough Mist
    Product instructions: Cough Mist Cool Cherry, Cough Mist Honey Lemon
    1. Remove safety cap.
    2. Prime pump by spraying into a tissue.
    3. Hold close to mouth and depress sprayer fully. Swallow.
    4. Repeat every four hours not to exceed six doses per day.
    5. May be followed by water or liquids if desired.

    12 yrs. and older, three sprays (10 mg. Dextromethorphan HBr)
    6-11 yrs., two sprays (6.7 mg. Dextromethorphan HBr)
    Under six yrs., consult a doctor.
