    The same way we view the government propaganda as, well, propaganda, the non-smoking public often view pro-marijuana studies as propaganda because they fully believe what the government has taught them, and they think that anything that disproves the government's claims are all bull shit.

    Not that I'm saying it's a bad study, just that there is never a guaranteed way to sway someone's opinion.
