Yellow/brown leaves in early flowering

  1. Hey everyone.

So, here's the story: I made a blunder early on and used 2" net pots for my plants, which turned out to be way too small for the size they ended up being. The roots have swollen so much that one plant's roots actually broke the net pot and the whole plant fell into the DWC bucket. As a last-ditch effort to save the plant, I turned it into a clay pebble hydro setup, leaving the air stone in place. The plant grew normally for the next few weeks, but because of the clay pebbles I'm not able to directly measure the pH and EC in the bucket. Cut to the last couple days and the plant is starting to shed some of its lower leaves. Now, I've heard that yellow leaves during flowering is normal, but I have two concerns: 1.) these plants are in early flowering, not late flowering and 2.) none of the other plants in the same tent are turning yellow yet. This makes me wonder, do I have a pH/nutrient problem here or is this nothing to worry about?
