yes its safe to use on cannabis, but you dont want to be using it within the last 4-8 weeks (as with any pesticide). A mixture of garlic chilli and water will also deter the caterpillars, and this is organic. But to answer your question, yes this product is perfectly fine.
cheers going to get some tomorrow the caterpillars are minor problem atm just want them gone before they bud
