I placed an order on this site a few days ago...I got an order number, but shows NO ORDER on my account info......and of course, when I try to do a service ticket, it won't send it........WTF??? This item is to be a gift...and it wasn't cheap.....where is the customer service for this goofy site? maybe enjoying their own product?????? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
