    No. But the guy says his name, he was arrested several times and he was fresh out of jail. Offers the kid a lollipop and says "your comin with me you need a home off the streets"

    Lol, that Kid is 41 years old and has been in movies. His name is Andy Milonakis. He was born in 1979.

    But I watched the stream on Youtube and was laughing my ass off at the creepy dude.
