not sure how to take your covers off, but looks like your light outlets are attached too a wall, are you growing in a bathroom by chance? you might just save yourself some hassle by going out buying a 10 dollar clamp on lamp and a y-adapter(or 2 or 3) too put the lights all into one light socket.
