i have no idea wtf those are, do you have pics of the plant? they actually look like they may just be calyx's.. one (the lowest) looks like it may have a pistil sticking out of it...
Those aren't seeds lol probably shouldn't rip them off they only produce seeds if they get pollinated otherwise those just shrivel up when you dry the buds
