I don't know about you, but I personally dig the beard.

 

If I were an actor, I'd be exactly like Joaquin. Pretty clean and straight up for the bit of my career, and then nosebomb into a rapid, uncaring combination of hard drugs.

i watched this last night and was really confused. was he doing this as a stunt? i think he is pulling and andy kauffman and just putting on an act. david letterman was classic last night though, "im sorry joaquin couldnt be here tonight", "I dont chew gum in ur house",,,,hahahahahaha

You know what, I think Dave being an asshole sobered him up a bit. If he wasn't so high on morphine he probably would have attacked him.
