Trying to grow under one 1000 watt ONEO led light trying to get two plants to grow multiple main colas instead of a regular grow. Am I doing things right ? I recommend a silicon supplement like this to make your plants stronger. I just finished my second grow after using it, and compared to my first grow which didn't have any silicon supplements, the main stems were 2-3 times thicker at least. This particular supplement that I used boosted phosphorous too, which seems to have helped as well. In the end, the branches needed minimal support (I used a single flower ring for each plant). Your LST looks fine. It's kind of hard to tell, but it looks like you've got a few inches of open space between foliage and soil which will allow airflow, so it's all good as far as I can see. (Said with all the acumen and wisdom of two grows. lol)
