Window Sill grow through winter?

  1. Frost season is here. My first outdoor has been harvester.

Now if I started to grow in 1gal pots indoors would it work to use natural light from a window to start off for my next outdoor grow? I am not really concerned about massive growth during the 4 months of frost to start off for next year be fine? Would the photoperiod during the winter cause it so flower right away without much veg?

  2. If you're thinking of getting a head start by starting indoors, than u might as well just let it veg under a cheap cfl. This time of year the sun is weak as hell.

  3. They would stretch like crazy, not worth doing it.

  4. Another question: If say he was to do a small indoor setup, bare minimums, would he have to utilize some sort of a heater to keep the room at a higher temp? Or would the plant survive through most of the cold spikes say at night?

  5. I want to keep them small enough to easily hide them when family comes over (Yes I have my own home)

Would about 100W's keep 4-6 small plants alive and growing slow until I can transplant them outside?
