I have a 55gallon fish tank with nothing in it. It has a 500gallon hr pump with no bio wheel, just a bag full of carbon. Will this be ok to use as a holding tank for my water? I have it ph at 7. I need a way to store more water in large container. Right now I have 30/ 1 gallon jugs all over the floor. I just need something to dip out of. Oh, there is zero sinlight in room with tank so no chance of alge growth.
