will these fans cool a small 2'wX2-3'hX2-3'D if im only growing with a few cfl's? I'll probably have about 100 watts of cfl's in it. Im planning on downsizing from my original grow box idea to a much smaller grow cab using a sog, based of of drgreenbudsgenes thread about getting 3/4 oz/week. no no no. keep reading all thru the forums!!! spend the 30 bucks at home depot and get a ($30)4" inline duct fan for the intake and a ($35..?)6" inline duct fan. talk to the people there caus ur gonna need to wire the bare wires into a socket! get more cfl's son. when ur there look for bar bath lights. 8 bucks for a 3 socketed lights set. happy growin p.s. get MH or HPS for real bud
i got a 400 watt mh/hps, just can use it right now because of the heat issues. But i also like the idea of a smaller cfl grow for saving electricity and doesnt use up much space....i live in a studio apt. Thanks bro, i'll keep reading. I was thinking about getting an inline fan like that from homedepot for an exhaust....will small passive intakes be fine?
i would like to grow enough small plants to get about 1/4oz per week. right now im only growing four...but just depends on how many i can fit in there....total wattage of cfl's will be about 150 when i add the other lights, maybe even closer to 175 watts. this is the idea...check out this thread: http://forum.grasscity.com/advanced...o-contact-grow-store-3-4oz-more-per-week.html This is what im trying to do eventually with two small cabs.
