Will smoking affect a liver TEST?

    So I recently went to the doctor for a checkup and a few shots.

    I told the doctor I didn't smoke weed when he asked...

    I was pretty normal on everything except for the (***) section of my Liver. I don't know what it is, and I remember not eating anything the night before the test, just smoking.

    I also did have a glass or two of water...

    Would it affect it?
