    Against say a drug sniffing dope dog then NO it's not enough.. Against your room mate it might but the act of opening the jar to get weed out will likely contaminate the outside enough to be detectable.. Nobody is that clean handed.. I have a couple of pounds on hand at any given time in sealed glass mason jars and yes you can smell it..
    The garage where it's stored reeks of it.. The yard where it's flowering stinks like a road killed skunk 4 times a year..

    If you have a 1/4 oz in a jar you're probably going to be ok but like the above poster said if you have bulk amount in jars their going to smell, maybe not the house but you'll notice it within a few feet even if it's in a cabinet / closet whatever.
