Why sugar babies are legal in Florida???

  1. “(a) “Prostitution” means the giving or receiving of the body for sexual activity for hire but excludes sexual activity between spouses.” –Florida Statutes Title XLVI Chapter 796

â€œA case might be made for limiting the offense of prostitution to "promiscuous" sexual activity for hire. 25 Requiring promiscuity as well as hire would, for example, bar prosecution of a mistress who is supported by her lover. Such situations fall somewhat outside the target evils of our Section, but the "hire" requirement itself is probably a sufficient safeguard, since the lover's financial contributions in these relationships are more likely to be interpreted as gifts out of general affection rather than "hire" for sexual activity.”    - 0600 Model Penal Code - Tentative Draft 9 144 1959  Article 207.12 pg. 175

“The Comment to section 251.2 states: Subsection (1) has been revised to meet in part the views of those who are skeptical of the propriety  or utility of using the criminal law to repress individual immorality. It no longer purports to reach every engagement in sexual activity for hire. Thus, the possibility of applying the Section to the private mistress whose lover contributes to her support is now excluded. But we adhere, in paragraph (a), to the position of the previous draft that the professional prostitution is criminal even if carried on in private. Paragraph (b) adopts the idea that prostitution is also to be repressed when it manifests itself in public solicitation, which may be an annoyance to passersby and an outrage to the moral sensibilities of a large part of the public.” - Com. v. Danko, 281 Pa.Super. 97 (1980) 421 A.2d 1165

“[51] Finally, petitioner Cherry contends that Penal Law § 230.03 discriminates between those who keep "mistresses" and those who patronize prostitutes. Petitioner's first shortcoming in this contention is that he offers no evidence or proof that the activity between "mistresses" and those who keep them is not criminal.*fn12 Secondly, even if discrimination exists between these classes, equal protection is not violated so long as some ground of difference exists to rationally explain the different treatment (People v Liberta, 64 N.Y.2d 152, 163, supra).*fn13 Although the relationship between a mistress and lover does not rise to the lofty status given the marriage relationship, it lacks most of the evils perceived by the Legislature as attendant to prostitution. It is certainly not connected with organized crime or a source of profit for use in combine with other illegal activities.” - Cherry v. Koch, 126 A.D.2d 346, 514 N.Y.S.2d 30 (N.Y.A.D. 2 Dept. 1987)

Because half the states wealth is from old retired fucks who would rather drop a few grand on a car or a shopping spree or whatever for some fine young twenty something year old who's gonna fuck their brains out a few times till she needs something else, rather then deal with their old saggy wives on a daily basis
