I'm sure you've heard this before but I'll say it again as so many others have in the past... This is a harmless simple weed or plant that grows just about anywhere.
How or why should anyone have the authority to tell you what you can or cannot do with this plant or weed?
As we speak government as well as affiliated private corporations are setting up shop to make billions when just across the border a few miles away people's lives are being completely ruined because of possession of a small amount of this plant.

Hope I don't have one of these real life stories. But if I ever do I'll be sure to edit this post.

  4. Because they, the state gov't and police have set up these phony expensive corporate state medical store system that has deemed everyone else without a mmj card a criminal and they will jail anyone who dares try to compete openly with their system. It's hard to compete when they have made outdoor growing illegal for the locals.
All they had to do was delete some laws, instead they kept the same laws and now open up their stores and call us all drug dealers

How Marijuana Legalization in Some States is Pushing Out Drug Dealers

It's like that article above was written by John Boehner, MMJ corporations and the state gov't all just so they can maintain prohibition on the little guys and make money. The price of marijuana in my state is based on how much torture in prison you get vs the value of the cannabis plant.

  7. 1776 enables the pursuit of chasing freedom via robbery and running from the laws. It's on the bill of rights.

  8. Ok. Do you agree with everything that I said above you is accurate?

  9. Accurate to a T.

In light of your states rights versus federal rights argument presented, marijuana v cannabis needs more attention to detail. Creating criminals is an industry that was formerly just recognized as slavery.
