In July 2008, he was sentenced to four years probation and required to pay the IRS over $76,000.00 in restitution. 03/03/07 Michael Allyn Carlow was sentenced in a Missouri state court to five years in prison and ordered to pay $3.4 million in restitution for his role in the $42 million dollar conspiracy to sell counterfeit Lipitor.
