They are both at 14 days from sprouting out of the ground but one plants is showing new growth at the bottom leaves and rapid growth at the top whereas the other does not show any new growth and moderate growth at the top and my doing something wrong or is it just a slow plant? And both plants now have a CFL bulb above a few inches and a red and blue LED bulb 2 feet away.
