why dont joints burn unless you put tobacco in them?

Never rolled with tobacco, never will. My joints burn fine.

FYI: A joint that has been rolled with tobacco is actually called a spliff.

but he's saying that his joints don't burn at all...

which is why i asked if his weed was dry or not.. cause if its wet then his joints wont burn
