why does light bulb vapes always take so long to kick in?

    it seems like i have to wait like....20-30 after LBvaping to get my "full effect"

    whys tht? is tht how all vapes work? or no

    after i vape with my bulb vape it dosent take me that long to feel it. ussaly i start to feel it when im getting done and putting alll my stuff away. it dosent take me 20-30 mins. not sure...
