OT: I used to be a huge fan of Nas, and I still am a fan but once I was introduced to lesser-known guys like Atmosphere, Wax and Homeboy Sandman, I moved on. I still listen to Illmatic on occasion and a few tracks here and there from other albums, I guess I've grown a weary of it.
Dude if you don't like it why the fuck are you posting in a Nas thread? Good rap artists use very complex rhyme schemes, multisyllabic, Internal, Off-beat, etc.. It takes a pretty intelligent person to even begin rapping, let alone be good at it.
Nas is a straight legend, stands beside Pac, Big L, and Biggie Smalls. Which are in my opinion the top 4 legendary rappers.

Nas does have some extremely fucking good rhymes. But I honestly don't really like his gangster style. I prefer some nice chill stuff, A Tribe Called Quest, Pharcyde, Blu, The Roots. I'm not saying he isn't good, cause the man is a godly rapper, but his style isn't my cup of tea.
