You're going to need to be a lot more specific than that. The laws change from state to state, but cannabis is illegal everywhere. I assume you live in a medical state?
It is likely viewed the same as being within 1000 ft of a school for federal charges, regardless of state MMJ laws, so be forewarned. If you are in a state that does have MMJ, be very careful - what I'm seeing here is if the local jurisdiction doesn't like what you're doing, they'll just call the feds and have them take you down. If you're thinking of growing for a dispensary - good luck, the market here is flooded and lbs go cheap.
