    Wiz Khalifa then Joe Rogan i don't think hes a celeb but still somewhat famous but huge supporter... then probably James Franco supposedly always high when acting.

    I guess like everyone I'm sure like 97% of celebs get high as fuck. Shit from what I've seen if a celeb is just smoking weed, they're doing good living life sober.
