white insects

  1. My plants have just started flowering. Today I stumbled upon tiny white insects in my plants' soil . They have not touched the plants itself though. What could they be ?

  5. I tried but theyou are too small for my phone to focus on
     
  6. Bad news, might be some mighty mite.
    Any pics? How do they look? Similar to spider or roach looking one?
     
  7. Do they jump when you bother them and like moist areas? If so they're springtails and are harmless.

  8. It's very hard to identify what's in the video. If they resemble what's in the picture above it's nothing to worry about. Dry the soil out a little if you can and it may help reduce their numbers.
