Where to buy mylar?

    I went to Menards, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and K Mart and I cant seem to find a place that sells mylar. Does it come in a roll or in sheets? How expensive is it?

    I assume they would put the mylar near the insulation stuff...? Menards had a reflective insulation that said it reflects 97%, Im thinking I might just go and buy that if I cant find where to get some mylar.

    Try a hydro store if you want Mylar.... Otherwise that reflective insulation works well.

    you can order it on amazon, that's what i did. hydro store will have it too, as mentioned above

    You can order it from HTG: Reflective Mylar

    They also have other stuff like panda film, etc: Reflective Films and Liners

    Just avoid the cheap mylar emergency blankets in the camping aisle at Wal-Mart for $3. You'd be better off using flat white paint, elastomeric paint, panda film or just about anything else over that.

    They have the best price I found based on linear footage. I now have enough to last me a LONG, LONG time.
