When can I begin the 12/12 of lights . Right now I don’t have enough light to start flowering but can get it! My plants from seedlings have been growing in the veg state for about 6 weeks ! You didn't mention your lights but based on the growth of your plant - your lighting is not good. To be brutally honest, those plants will not fill out more unless you get adequate lighting. Good luck and welcome.
