When to remove sprouts from bag / humidity dome??

Discussion in 'First Time Marijuana Growers' started by no-more-buyin!, Dec 19, 2007.

  1. Hey guys, I used some quick-start grow cubes of some sort and some tips from the germination 420 post. Right now I have 4 that have sprouted and put into some 16oz cups with ziplock baggies over them. The first two leaves (which i guess technically aren't leaves) have opened on all of them, a nice green formed on them. Two of them are just started their first pair of real leaves, and this new growth also looks nice and green...

    questions...
When should I take the plastic baggies off the top of my cups??
How long do they need to stay in that extreme humidity? and are they getting enough air circulation?

The relative humidity in the grow room itself is about 50%....

    thanks for help

  2. you can take off the baggies right after they have sprouted.
