I'm getting ready to start a small grow outside my house and I was wondering when the best time to start would be. Also what other specifications/qualities should I know about before I pick my spot.

yeah all of that is good to go I just need fucking seeds now. I have tons of old seeds but I think they have gone bad. Can they do that?
Like the rest of us mate seeds get old and passed their best, but it wouldn't hurt to try germinating some of 'em, yer never know yer luck.
Every outdoor guy I know has already started. Get your seeds going now and make sure you hit the dirt by april 1st!!
