When do you know if a clone survived?

  1. Just took some clones from a couple of my plants, they've made it 3 days now without any wilting, have them in rockwool in a humidity dome. Does this mean they likely survived the process? I've read they usually wilt the first day and mine never did?

  2. If they are still standing up and aren't drying out then yes, they're still alive. Whether they'll grow roots and stay alive depends on your cloning technique.

  3. If the humidity is too high, the clones will look healthy for longer but will be less likely to grow roots. The area of the plant you want to grow roots should be a little more moist than the rest of the plant.
