I have some seedlings in peat pellets ontop of perlite and on a few of them have some roots poking out the bottom and I was wondering if I could transplant at this point because they are not holding in moisture very well. Spent to much on seeds to risk a messup.

OK. you can can just drop them in your medium. Looks like you have some stretch going on, maybe lower lights a little. If you have cfl get them 2 inches away
Ok so you think its ok to burry up to stem at this stage? Anyone else? I need to transplant today I just want to be sure.
Yep go ahead and burry the stem till about the leaves (leave it some room but it doesnt need much). Once underground that stem will just branch out and create more roots
