When are you able to -rep/+rep someone?

    So I have quite a few post here on the forums, and I've been around for about two or so months. I was just curious when you gain the ability to -rep/+rep other people. I see great things that deserve it all the time, or idiots that deserve to lose rep for ignorant things.

    You should be able. At the top right corner of a post there is a set of scales. You click that and leave positive or negative rep.

    You have the ability. See the scale next to #1 (permalink)?

    You can but your rep doesn't count yet :( you must acquire rep to be able to do something about it.

    **Edit**

    You are now able to give rep that counts, that second green bar was me :D

    Thanks you two, I always figured it was like other forums where you had to click on a persons name for the menu to come out where you could add or remove rep.

    Preciate it! :D

    All the time budy,just send it out.

    Your rep or post count determine when you actually add to the persons rep,and I think you may be able to now.

    I see everyone told you were the button is but just incase you get high or something its at the top right hand corner.Looks like a scale that you weigh more than personal stash on.
