Whats wrong with my plants?

    Hi i have 6 plants 4 of them purple trainwreck and 2 of them greem crack and they all slowly started getting this stuff on the leaves theres not to much of it right now but it has slowly spread to different leaves 1463841538006.jpg

    Thanks guys, I bought triple action neem oil for it I hope it works. Im going to be spraying them every 10 days until I start to flush for harvest.
