Really tho, how developed was your roots before you planted? Are you still foliar feeding?

 

it's definitely a root issue, could be under or over watered. did it have any roots?

 

Poor poor clone!  yeah you gotta have roots or you are in trouble, where did that soil come from...looks compacted already?
 
I'd remove the clone and give it another week in the bubbler, and find some good soil, or you may try a foilar spray, but I think thats too late
