Whats wrong with her?

Hi my buddy is having issues with his lady can someone tell whats up with her? PH unknown as per no thing to test it with. Getting FF BB right now at 2 of the little scoops per gallon she is 6 weeks into flower. I was hoping someone could see it from the pic. thanks in advance


EDIT: soil is biobiz so we know its not a time release nute issue
