hi ya'll i've just been reading a fellow growers problem eith a male plant, and one of you guys suggested cannabutter. what is it?
It's butter made from weed that you use to make brownies and other yummy weed stuff with. The THC attachs to the fat in the butter, so you get high by eating it.
Cannabutter is pretty much butter containing D-9-THC that can be used in cooking of a number of foods. As most people know, THC is fat-soluble, and therefore is commonly made into cannabutter. To do this, get two sticks of butter melting on the stove. As it slowly melts, chop the pieces of the plant into fine pieces. This can be done with a food processor, knife, blender, whatever. After the butter is melted and obviously warm (but not boiling!) dump in the plant matter, stirring it up occasionally. Let this simmer on a low temperature for about 10-15 minutes, stirring every 3-5 mins or so. After the time is up, put a strainer over another container, one big enough for all of the butter. Pour the butter through and put the butter either in your normal recipe or store it in the fridge for sometime later. For every stick of butter, at least 1/2 oz of plant matter is advised, 1 oz/stick is great. ~Lycanthropy
