    Regs are usually a lower quality than mids, but it depends on the terminology in your area.

    To me they are the same, but some people are religious in there terminology...

    To me, they both just mean 'less then dank' weed. But regs are worse then mids. Mids can sometimes be pretty good, getting you a bit stoned.
