Dude there was this one stoner kid that saw some real sketchy guy outside his christian college's library,sitting, smoking herb and shit. Apparently the dude was mumbling or shivering or something, but most likely he was just a minority being spotted by a white guy on a private school. So the kid reported him to the campus police. Crazy.
