Bottled water shouldn't have chlorine in it.. fill the form out so the guys can help you. Your plants should be much bigger then that. You wont get any answers with out more info. Someone say my name ...and me with a new avatar too,....lol, sorry blades this babes done for, possibly the first WORST case of nute burn this year on GC, as a radical cure you may pry her out of that shit, wash well in air temperate water, and allow to rest in 2 damp kitchen towels for 24 hours in complete darkness, before transplanting het to a 4 inch pot and seedling mix, but if the owner has got her this far then really should just give up ....sorry
