Whats a good light to use for a small grow?

    Anybody know what a good light wattage is to use for a small grow. Preferably something affordable. I want to grow maybe 4-5 plants in a closet at my new home.

    No, nobody on this forum about growing MJ knows about a good light to use. :rolleyes:

    You probably want a 400w HID, get one with a digital ballast and both MH and HPS bulbs, and you probably are wise to get an air-cooled hood to control temps. There are many, many, many, TONS of discussions on this topic, read up and you will find that your ultra-basic questions are magically pre-answered.

    Thanks for the link, Im considering that exact one. Will it work for like 4 plants or will i need 2 do you think?
