I'm writing an essay on legalization of marijuana, and I was to include a section that will show what the money saved from enforcing marijuana could be put toward. I remember seeing something like this, I think it might have been on Bill Maher. He read off a detailed list, showing that if we took all the money the DEA uses to enforce marijuana, we could build x number of schools, etc, etc. Anyone have a good link? Thanks!
