What to do!

  1. I quit smoking on May 18th after years as a chronic smoker. Took a screen on June 9th that came back positive with a level of 197 ng/ml. I'm not sure what is a level for a chronic user, but I have a screen for a new job on 6/19. I have not smoked at all and was wondering if anyone has any input on how I will do or what I can do to be under 50 ng/ml by then.

I really want this job, but don't want to be on a years probation. I would like to at least be able to smoke occasionally. But I will never smoke all day, every day again.

    Thanks in advance,

  2. Well, the only way that for sure will reduce levels is dilution. Drink a ton of water and take some B12 to color your piss with plenty of exercise. AZO and niacin are just anecdotal at this point, there's no real proof one way or the other. Can't hurt to try though.

Wow, still got 197 ng/ml after 3 weeks? That's pretty crazy.
