what material to use to tie down for LST?

OSH, Home Depot, grow shops have them. they're coated in plastic so the wire inside doesn't rust or cut into the plant

 

I use cotton string looped around a branch and taped to the side of the container.

 

or get a metal closer hanger break it and make little u shapes and dig them to the ground
