What is this white stuff?

    What the title says. Found it on one spot on a plant and cut the section off

    Is it wet or powdery? If wet bird crap and if powdery then mold.

    Looks like some powdery mildew any rain lately? if you find out that its powdery mildew go pick up some Serenade Garden Disease Control and itll clear it right up.
