What is this thing???

    Hello grass city members I have a question! I have come across this metal tube and I need help finding out what it is! There is a small metal spike on one end of it and two small holes on the same end it all screws together but I cannot figure out what it is. Please help! Thanks!

    Its a cracker for something we can not talk about here. It is used to fill  balloons with a gas.

    Considering you called it n2o and not No2 you do not seem to be well informed of the gas. I will say no more because of the rules, but it is not exactly harmless.
