    Heard it gets you higher, but you really only notice the diff if u have high tolerance

    hmmm. that would make it just a pipe huh. lol.

    i only dry smoke small bubblers. but thats only if i dont have water while im driving. lol.

    That's exactly what it is, a dry pipe, more smoke.
    I believe dry glass means like a pipe or something.
